Ileana Sanchez-Anderson MD is a family physician, a fellow in Aesthetic Medicine, and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She has practiced medicine in Hawai’i for over 20 years.
Dr. Sanchez-Anderson has a passion for aesthetics and has received extensive training from world-renowned experts in aesthetic medicine. She attends multiple conferences around the world to bring the best and most innovative technology to Hawai’i.

A beautiful person inside and out, Dr. Ileana Sanchez-Anderson is a Fellow in Aesthetic Medicine of The American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine and is board certified in Family Practice medicine currently licensed in Hawaii and California. With the equipment and beauty techniques found at Beautiful You MD Aesthetics, patients can age gracefully – without the use of surgery or invasive procedures.
Dr. Ileana also opened and operated Keauhou Urgent Care Center in Kona Hawaii for 18 years gaining vast hands-on experience and treatment in almost all areas of medical practice and aesthetics.

Meredith has been working in the health and wellness industry for the past 22 years. Her training started in the area of sports medicine as an Aesthetic Trainer for Cornell University. After attending Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, she began working and managing her own Spa in Syracuse, NY. Meredith has her MS in exercise physiology from Ithaca college and MS Nursing from Upstate Medical University. She is currently Board Certified as a Family Nurse practitioner. Her experience includes Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, and Dermatology. Meredith’s love has always been holistic wellness and taking care of the skin is an integral part of that concept.
Rachel has been in healthcare for over 12 years. After starting her own business at the age of 18 and pursuing a degree in design and business and spending several years in sales, Rachel realized she had a heart for caring for others, leading her to go back to school to become a nurse practitioner. Her areas of expertise include primary care, geriatrics, complex care management, home health, palliative, hospice, and occupational health. She has traveled all over the state of Tennessee taking care of patients. She is currently board certified as an Adult and Geriatric Nurse practitioner. Rachel, a breast cancer survivor, firmly believes in the value of holistic care from both her experiences of taking care of patients and being one.
Holly has been working in health and wellness for over 20 years. Her passion for wellness began when she started working as a professional fitness coach. She became an LPN in 2015, graduating as the valedictorian of her class and receiving the Florence Nightengale Award. She began her nursing career in Hospice and palliative care.
Her family moved to TN in 2020 and she is currently a licensed LPN- IV in TN. Although her love of caring for people in nursing continues, she has realized her true passion after attending the National Laser Institute and becoming a Laser Safety Officer. Holly enjoys making people feel and look their best. She has worked with all ages and her bubbly personality is a wonderful fit for Metamorphosis Aesthetics.
The foundation of Beautiful You was designed to help our patients both feel and look their best. Dr. Sanchez utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach to assess and collaborate with every patient that walks into her practice.
